River's Bend, within Hamilton Township, is located between Cincinnati and Dayton, only 2.5 miles from I-71. It haa no local income tax as we are outside nearby municipality borders.

River's Bend is within walking distance to the elementary school and many private and parochial schools are nearby.

Par 72, 7180-yard championship course designed by Arnold Palmer.

 

Hiking/Biking Trail

River's Bend sits along the scenic Little Miami river, along the paved 75-mile river trail. Private access to the trail from the neighborhood for residents.
